As we all try and navigate through the ever changing Covid-19 situation, we have received several phone calls regarding Pick up or Delivery of Groceries. While we have done this on a very small scale in the past, we have been trying to come up with a plan to expand this service for those in the community that are considered higher risk to the exposure of Covid-19 and do not wish to travel out or come into the store. As you all are aware, keeping products on the shelf, cleaning, sanitizing and making the store a safer place to shop has been a priority the past couple of weeks. We appreciate your patience with this. We are making great strides in providing better service to all of you.
We are implementing a temporary service to better service those in the community that are considered higher risk to the exposure of Covid-19. The process will be as follows:
-Email your order to email@example.com. Please be specific as possible regarding Brand Name, size and the quantity you would like. Also, please list if you would like a substitute or scratch the item if we do not currently have the product you requested.
-Call the store at 637-8332 with your order. Once again please be specific as possible regarding Brand Name, size and the quantity you would like. Also, please let us know if you would like a substitute or scratch the item if we do not currently have the product you requested.
-We will then pick your order. After we have completed picking your order, we will send you an invoice via Email. Once you pay the invoice via Credit Card or Debit Card your order will be available for pickup or it will be delivered.
-We strongly urge you to use Curbside Pick Up as we have a limited number of delivery options. Pick up will be the fastest option for you to get your groceries.
-Things to keep in mind:
We will be taking your orders from 9am-3pm Monday’s and Wednesday’s only.
Please allow 1-2 hours for your order to be processed and ready for pick up or delivery.
We will not release your order until the invoice has been paid online via your email.
If we deliver, we will not enter any part of your home. Groceries will be left on your doorstep so please make sure someone is home.
We will not be providing Hot Deli, Tobacco, Lottery, or Gift Cards
